Support

It is very normal for one to become emotionally distressed or unsteady following a miscarriage. The most important thing to know is that you are not alone in this experience. One out of four pregnancies end in miscarriage. Reaching out for support following a miscarriage is normal and encouraged. You can talk with a professional counselor, form a support group with others in your area with a similar experience, and/or reach out to a spiritual counselor. If you want additional help in finding support or if you desire something more immediate, the websites below provide tips for healing, phone support lines, and online support groups.
