Have you experienced pregnancy loss within the past 5 years?
Your help is critical to improving care for women experiencing pregnancy loss!

Doctors at the University of Texas Health Science Center are working to survey women who have experienced loss during or after pregnancy in the past 5 years.

We know that, regardless of how a pregnancy ends, it may cause difficult emotions and grief. This study helps us best ask women about their losses, and identify those who may benefit from additional support.

Your survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. To participate in this study, please begin here. An article on this study is also available here. Thank you for your help!

Please note that your participation in this survey is voluntary and confidential, but not necessarily anonymous. IP addresses are not collected and all submissions are encrypted. However, there is a risk of loss of confidentiality with any survey, and there is the possibility that questions asked may make you feel uncomfortable.

This study was IRB approved by the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (IRB #HSC-MS-21-0213, approval date 3/30/2021). With any questions about the study or to withdraw at any time, please contact Dr. Cara Buskmiller at cara.m.buskmiller@uth.tmc.edu.
